The Ritzville Festivals Association (RFA) is a tax exempt, all volunteer organization that was founded in 1977. Annually, the RFA constructs a Ritzville Community float that participates in approximately 15 parades throughout the summer promoting the community of Ritzville.  Through the years the Ritzville floats have been very well received at the communities they visit and have garnered many awards.
