The Ritzville Festivals Association (RFA) is a tax-exempt, all-volunteer organization founded in 1977. Each year, the RFA creates an eye-catching float that showcases the Miss Ritzville Royalty and participates in approximately 15 parades to promote the town. Over the years, the Ritzville floats have garnered positive responses in the communities they visit and have received numerous awards for their creative designs.
